Luminary is a custom-built CRM designed specifically for Shine Solar to manage everything from inbound leads to marketing funnels. The Luminary funnel builder will help the marketing team build funnels exactly how they want them, providing them with more in-depth analytics to make better marketing decisions.

The Problem
Our Marketing Director at Shine Solar was struggling to make key decisions around marketing spend to generate sufficient leads due to our funnel software glitching. This happened repeatedly for months. That, combined with the insufficient tracking abilities, helped us make the decision to build our own so that we knew that we could consistently count on the metrics we received and make better marketing decisions knowing that they were based on correct data.
The Solution
The Luminary Funnel builder was even more than we hoped for as we also created and designed our own version of Calendaly into it, allowing our customers to self-schedule appointments. We have seen tremendous value from the metrics we have received and we now have confidence in the decisions we are making. Our lead costs are at an all-time low and we are just getting started.
Research
We needed better software to track our leads and make data-driven decisions and it needed to be very user-friendly on the customer-facing side.
As I sat down with our head of marketing we talked through the pain points of our previous software to help identify the key features of our new one. We wanted this to be simple and easy to use, both for us
and our customers. It would be able to build simple survey funnels with scheduling ability that you could from on any other funnel.
